I've spent 17 years on Wall Street — at Goldman Sachs, Merrill Lynch, and Robertson Stephens — advising business owners through some of the most important transactions of their lives.
But here's what I learned: the real work isn't the transaction. It's everything that comes before.
Most owners wait until they're exhausted to think about exit. By then, options have shrunk. Leverage is gone. The business has become harder to sell.
That's why I do what I do now. Not just closing deals — but helping owners build businesses that work, whether they scale, sell, or keep running them.
